The current news of Hilary Clinton and previous Secretaries of State using personal email accounts demonstrates abuse by officials from both parties. President Obama can bring an immediate end to this practice through an Executive Order. He does not have to wait for Congress to act, and he should act immediately. Businesses often require employees to use their systems, and regulated industries are often required to have this policy. Loopholes in the federal rules must be closed for administrations of both parties. Personal email accounts invite abuse and security risks.
