Issue an Executive Order requiring the IRS to Enforce the Law As Written for section 501(c)(4) organizations.

The so called "IRS Scandal" brought to light serious problems in the enforcement of the laws which apply to Non Profit organizations under section 501(c)(4) of the tax code.
The Law, as written, forbids Any Political Activity.
Yet, due to an error dating to the 1950s, these organizations have been violating that law with impunity for decades.
It is more than past due for strict enforcement of this law As Written, particularly since the law also exempts these organizations from reporting the names of Donors.
In the absence of such reporting, it becomes Impossible to verify that they are in compliance with laws forbidding Foreign Influence in American Elections.
