It is critical to the proper functioning of our republic that the concept of "one person, one vote" be upheld and protected. The election this year again highlighted a number of voter ballot problems in a number of states. In some locations entire districts representing tens of thousands of voters casted votes for only one candidate.
A few months ago a person was able to get voter worker to offer him a ballot for Attorney General Holder simply by a voter asking for it. This was caught on video and audio tape and offered to the public as another example of voter fraud in this country. This fraud will continue to get worst as more and more states will have early voting.
The Obama Administration must take a stand and represent the people in this most important petition.
