Restore section 5 of the Voters' rights act w/ an executive order. Since there has been orders for the LGBT and the DACA order there needs to be one Blacks . Many will not be able to vote list fall and for sure in 2016. Many older blacks women from the south are unable to prove their name change without a marriage license. They can't get one because it was never issued. It was just written in the family bible. Also most urban blacks don't have cars so they don't have pictured IDs issued by the DMV. Please help.
