The BCS is corrupt institution designed to consolidate money in the hands of a few schools and corporations disenfranchising other schools. However, all of these schools also receive federal money. By limiting or eliminating the money given to the schools supporting this unequal system it will force change similar to the use of transportation funding to enforce the 21 year old drinking age or, previously, the 55mph speed limit.
