We urge our leaders to re-examine the condition of Hong Kong. HKSAR is no longer able to enjoys her autonomous powers as promised in Sino-British Joint Declaration and Basic Laws. Please reconsider our policies toward HK as an independent financial district in the world. I suggest Mr. President to suspend the United States- Hong Kong Policy Act 1992. The HK Government is acting according to the command of the government of PRC. This is a sign that HKSAR is no longer autonomous, which has breached the following: Joint Declaration 3. (3). HKSAR enjoys executive, legislative and independent judicial power
HKSAR is not able to meet the requirement in the US-HK Policy Section 2: 1, 2 4, 5.
President has the power to suspend the Act, section 201.(a) base on Title II section 202 of the Act
