Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives constantly advocate reducing the federal budget deficit by "cutting federal spending" and "getting the federal government out of their lives." Therefore, the President of the United States should, by executive order, follow the wishes of these Republican representatives by suspending all federal funding specific to their districts, and divert all such funding towards reducing the federal budget deficit.
