As all government agencies (as well as being expressly stated by the president) declare emphatically that there are no off planet entities interacting with our Earth, there should be no restrictions on government workers or contractors discussing this phenomena.
In order to lay the issue to rest forever, the president should issue an executive order expressly overturning any real or perceived government gag orders on any person which prevents them from sharing freely any knowledge they have in regards to extraterrestrials and their technologies here on Earth or elsewhere.
In the absence of this executive order we, the people, can only assume our government is hiding vital information from us and from all of humanity. They don't exist, right? So what are you afraid of?
