Elected officials forget that they serve the people. Any Congressional member with less than 30% job approval should have their pay and vacation time withheld - and not reinstated - as incentive to listen to their constituents. Any Congressional member with less than 20% job approval should be removed from office and blacklisted from any further government employment.
