Ted Cruz, Mitch McConnell, Eric Cantor, John Boehner, Paul Ryan and other Tea Party Obstructionists admitted they planned the shutdown months in advance and are Proud of their Actions and devastating impacts on the US and Global Economy, moral in Government agencies, Military, and threat to National and Global Security they are responsible for.
