I propose that you pardon all those convicted of ONLY Cannabis possession, Not trafficking or distribution.
Legalization is the way the wind is blowing and opinion polls show it, liberals are overwhelmingly for it.The Dem party needs the approval ratings against trump and this would do it. Please no needs more research nonsense. I know lobbying is why it hasn't happened yet, but once the industry establishes itself they'll have lobbying money to,maybe more.Maybe competition will drive up prices.Be known for more than ObamaCare and Osama. Also free innocent people, locked up for a victimless "crime".
