Beginning today, protesters from the Democracy Spring movement have engaged in a sit-in to protest corruption in politics. Unfortunately, as expected, protesters are being arrested by DC police.
Corruption in politics is a major problem that prevents social, economic, and environmental progress from being made.
Arresting these protesters serves as an attempt to silence the American public on this issue. President Obama, these men and women are true American patriots fighting to ensure that the government represents the people. Pardon everybody from Democracy Spring!
