As most of the dependents or H4 visa are educated and have worked in there country before .
So when they are here on a dependent visa they are trying to work on cash in some place and this is allowing a person not to pay taxes .
So instead of encouraging someone to work on cash why does the government give work permit to H4 dependents and make them pay taxes.
