This petition is to request a Letter of Protest be issued to the Vatican regarding Ambassador Vigano for organizing a meeting with American Kim Davis with Pope Francis. Ms. Davis has been court ordered to issue same-sex marriage licenses in her County which she still refuses to do. Her disregard for the laws of the United States should not be supported by any foreign representative as a guest on U.S. soil. Ambasador Vigano knowing initiated contact with Ms. Davis knowing her disregard for the law. He has been a controversial figure in Rome and in the United States. Vigano has made it a personal crusade to lead church leaders against same-sex marriage. The United States should not extend any courtesies to foreign governments who knowingly take such actions while a guest
