Issue a mandate that any persons that use their vehicle to strike a motorcyclist be charged with Attempted murder.

On october 17th 2015, motorcyclist Eric sanders and his passanger were maliciously mowed down as they passed a passanger vehicle while riding in Texas. The incedent was caught on video by his friend. Capturing not only the violent assault of the rider with a 4,000 lb vehicle, but the driver stating that he did it on purpose and that "he doesnt care" that he could of killed the two. Eric sanders girlfriend was airlifted to the hospital were she went into surgery today. I petition the white house to mandate that any person who uses a vehichle to intentionally strike a motorcyclist, or impede/obstruct its travel in a malicous and intentional way that causes an accident to be charged with Felony assault with a deadly weapon and that attempted murder charges be brought on Eric sanders assailant
