I am starting a petition because I am tired of all the men out there who can keep on making children and not taking care of them in any way. The ones who live off the government wether it be through SSI, social security/disability or welfare know how to work the system and keep on repopulating because they can not be forced to pay anything. If a man wants to have many children by different women thats their business, but if they do not provide for the child emotionally and financially there has to be a point where their child making abilities need to be snipped...literally.
