issue a moratorium on all Federal Federal involvement and prosecutions in States that have legalized marijuana

Created by K.D. on February 26, 2012

Federal laws are having a bad result in States that have passed marijuana legalization laws. Medical patients are being adversely affected by the stringent enforcement of Federal laws in those States. People that are trying to do good things are being prosecuted like criminals even though they may have complied with their own States requirements. More States are considering legalizing marijuana. Placing a moratorium on all Federal involvement in prosecutions where States have legalized marijuana should be considered until the effects of enforcement on these States and others in the future have been studied.
