Issue an order to a court of law to subject the "No Delete" exhibit to the Miller test prior to opening.

Created by M.M. on September 06, 2014

The recently stolen nude imagery of multiple celebrities is to be on display on Oct. 30th at the Cory Allen Contemporary Art museum. Due to the controversial nature of the imagery, the exhibit, for it's own legal good, should be subject to the Miller test to determine whether or not the stolen imagery is considered to be legally obscene.

If it is, then an additional petitioned action is to put due and appropriate legal pressure on the gallery, as the imagery is no longer protected under the First Amendment.
