The government should issue freshly cooked pancakes to every United States citizen. Jobs would be created cooking pancakes. Food-insecure households would be able to put more of their budget into healthy diets as they would not need to fight for their daily calories. This would help combat unemployment and poverty. It is a proven fact that breakfast improves the ability to perform daily functions, such as working, raising children, and receiving an education. Americans work more and longer days with shorter weekends than most other societies, making them less efficient. With free pancakes, students would be more alert and receptive to material being taught, bringing up America’s rank in education and the fields those students go into, causing the country’s economic success to skyrocket.
