Prevent additional partisan fighting that will further divide the country resulting from Republican Party promised re-investigations, new investigations, and prosecution of previous incidents involving Hillary Clinton. Whether Hillary has already been cleared of some/all of these charges, which therefore wouldn't require a pardon, re-investigations and procesuctions to galvanize and reward Republican Party supporters have still been promised, which would waste large amounts of government resources and costs that would be better focused on productive efforts.
