This petition calls upon The President of The United States to exercise his authority outlined in the US Constitution Article II section 2 to issue pardons to all who are serving or have served sentences, or who are facing charges for federal offenses relating to the use, possession or cultivation for personal use of cannabis and its associated paraphernalia.
