In the spirit of fair play, good sportsmanship and in keeping with the American tradition of doing the right thing and given the obvious cheating that occurred during the 2015 AFC Championship game by the New England Patriots, issue a Presidential Proclamation calling on the Patriots organization to voluntarily withdraw from the Super Bowl. Barring the Patriots organization acting honorably and doing the right thing, call on NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to vacate the Patriots victory in the 2015 AFC Championship game and have the Indianapolis Colts represent the AFC in the 2015 Super Bowl.
