President Obama, We, the members of ASET, request that you issue a national proclamation for National Neurodiagnostic Week the third week of April. We request this proclamation to honor the work of technologists throughout our fine country. We also believe that this will help draw attention to job possibilities for our veterans, to diagnostic testing procedures that will help epilepsy and neuromuscular disorders and to the educational possibilities present in this field of medicine. We are a society of technologists that strive to improve the lives of those we encounter daily. We dedicate ourselves to routine and emergency care of those with seizures, passing out spells, strokes and other brain and spinal cord injuries.
