ISSUE REPARATIONS TO DESCENDANTS OF AMERICAN SLAVES AND NINETEENTH CENTURY AFRICAN AMERICANS

Congress will make a formal apology to African Americans and their ancestors, in behalf of U.S. fed, state and local govts, for facilitating wrongful captivity, enslavement and abuse of Africans and their American offspring by force of weapons The United States of America will fund seven regional FDIC insured banks to be established and named, The North American Memorial Bank for African American Reparations, est. 2016, for the purpose of training and employing descendants of African American slaves in the management of BANKS, which will serve as Archives and Federal Records Management Systems to document persons who received Reparation compensations from the U. S. and such banks will serve as depositories/distributors of financial settlements and regional Land and Lottery Revenue
