On December 15th 1791 the Second Amendment was ratified thereby granting to the American citizen the right to bear Arms to supplement our military force in cases of emergency. 221 years later on December 14th 2012, the children of Sandy Hook elementary school became the victims of the worst US school shooting. This petition seeks an executive order for gun control regulation and trade as follows: 1. Mandated mental health or psychological examination of all applicants including person's over 18 years of age in the household, restrictions with children under 18, w/mental or felony records 2. Mandatory prerequisites & continued education courses 3. Restrictions on the number firearms per household 4. Restrictions on types of firearms & ammo sold by trade or retail.
