Clowns are the number #1 threat to our peace and safety. We the people call on the Attorney General, as the top law enforcement officer in the country, to issue a "Shoot On Sight" order to all law enforcement personnel in the United States for dealing with the Clown Menace. In addition, halt all drug interdiction activities and allocate those personnel to a new "War on Clowns."
