Simon's Facebook page informs us that he is facing difficulty receiving a visa from the US to go on tour, a process he started in earty 2013.
"As it stands right now, my passport appears to be stuck at the US embassy in London, waiting for my visa to be issued. Since we started the application process in early 2013, a sane human being would assume that nearly a year is MORE than enough time to get a visa. According to the tracking system my visa has been "Issued" for several days now, yet nobody can tell me where my passport is, or when i shall receive it."
