We require a specific statement from The White House regarding what efforts The White House will take and when, in support of a proposal for a Constitutional Amendment [called "Hierarchy of Law" at www.usann.us/Hierarchy_of_Law.html and further explained on that site], to preserve Sovereignty, and The Constitution as the guiding Law of the Land by ensuring a specific clarification of a hierarchy within the structures provided within and under that Constitution; or, a statement of why such support is not and will not be provided.
The proposal is largely designed to keep UN and similar attempts against US sovereignty, as regarding arms and the Law of the Sea Treaty, from ever allowing the UN or others to dictate to the US, while still allowing the US to adopt positions in line with such.”
