My petition is calling for a complete revocation and essentially the "death" of the Second Amendment to our constitution which is "the right to bear arms". In recent years and this weekend we continue to witness lone disturbed individuals thoroughly exploit the inadequacies of this amendment and we continue to watch our most precious and innocent counterparts pay the ultimate price while the second amendment remains etched in our constitution.
