issue a substantive presidential proclamation calling for the repealing of Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Created by D.B. on February 09, 2014

Section one, of the Fourteenth Amendment, of the Constitution of the United States of America, states that any person born on the mainland United States, as well as any of its outlying possessions, is entitled to full rights and citizenship proclaimed by the aforementioned Constitution. We the People believe that the sanctity of American Citizenship should not be so blatantly disregarded by foreign nationals, both legal and illegal, by having their children born here for the purposes of citizenship. It is an affront and insult to people both born here of legal parents, as well as immigrants, who after years, even decade finally obtain citizenship. Whereas in 1986, roughly three million illegal immigrants were legalize (over a period of time) and currently discussed now, the DREAM ACT.
