NBC has obtained a DOJ White Sheet that says the Federal Govt has the right & authority to kill an American citizen considered a "continuing" threat. Atty Gral Holder's recent letter to Sen. Rand Paul confirms our wildest fear: the Federal Government has already justified the execution of an American Citizen on U.S. soil with military technology without being bound to the judicial process.
Continued assurances that this administration has no intention of implementing these policies is in no way comforting.
It's clear now the Federal Government, if inconvienced enough by a troublesome individual, reserves the right to summarily execute him or her without filing charges.
Mr. President, please address our growing concerns over the erosion of our collective civil rights.
