Issue Temporary Protected Status to Foreign Spouses, Children and Parents of Native Born American Citizens in the US

Issue TPS to Undocumented Immigrant Spouses, Children and Parents of Native Born American Citizens, who are living within the United States. Keep American families together by issuing TPS and stopping deportation of immediate family members of American Citizens. Decriminalize immediate family members of Native Born American Citizens until a clear path to obtain Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) has been established. A clear path that would not require the undocumented immigrant to return to their home country first and wait years until they can return to be with their American family. Eliminate the 3-10 year ban for undocumented immediate relatives of Native Born American Citizens.
