Are you unemployed? Are you a struggling college student? The unemployment rate in Las Vegas, NV is 8% and slowly rising. People have been struggling for unknown periods of time and are tired of it. It's time that the state began giving back to their fellow Nevadans.
Proposal: Anyone who is 18 and over that are unemployed and/or attending school are eligible for a free 3-Month/Semester Transit Pass and must re-apply within 15 days of the expiration date of the pass.
