Federal Articles IV,V and VIII from The Bill of Rights were not in compliance of the law. Defendant has suffered cruel and unusual punishment; 16 hrs. of interrogation while in critical condition with no warrant,or having been read his rights.Prejudice is shown by limiting him to act on obtaining his innocence. Stereotyped and in wrong place and time is all that can be deduced.
