I don't think it fair to penalized Americans on their taxes because they can't afford high premiums on health insurance. What if you are struggling because your paycheck is not going up but the cost of living is. What if you don't qualify for any programs that will lower your rate. The marketplace won't help because you have too many dependents. I am a single mom struggles working overtime and going to school. Who barely sees her children. President Obama help people like me don't make it harder by penalizing people like me. If I get sick who takes care of my family.
