It should always have a reason to fire employee, No " At Will " allowed for employer, unless employer files bankruptcy !

Created by J.C. on January 28, 2013

There are too many political wrestles between supervisor and staff. Most of time supervisor has more power resource to eventually fire other employees for whatever reason other than discrimination or job related performance. Even if employee pays attention to what he/she does, sooner or later the supervisor will catch or trap his/her fault to fire him/her, no matter how big or how small it is! Therefore, we request to remove or not to allow “At Will” shown up in employment contract for any meaningful purpose. Since it will sooner or later creating un-justice to employee, or encouraging revenge to a corrupted company or organization. It is a lose-lose situation.
