Options r key 2 evertything working 4 our economy. As people r retrained & early training is available 4 high school students. Payment 4 the retraining will b enhanced by an income subsidy system, that will generate revenue 4 taxes, personal income of workers, & college students. Also high school students old enough 2 legally work. An income subsidy system is not a hand out. It is a resourceful system that allows 4 Americans 2 subsidize their incomes, pay taxes, & reduce costs n manufacturing & healthcare moving forward, 4 all generations 2 come. A flexible producing economy is a very powerful economy 4 this nation. The income subsidy system will b revenue neutral.
