Iterpret the second amendment as did the founding fathers

Created by E.M. on December 30, 2012

When the second amendment was added to the constitution, the state of the art weapon was a single shot muzzloading rifle or pistol. This must be the defining characteristic of all weapons guaranteed by the second amendment. All others must be confined to the home with heavy penalties for violations.
