I'm requesting being a residence in a Wilmington Delaware area I have experienced and seen other people being unfairly ticketed profile beaten by police without any accountability for the last 30 years I am now 50 years old and I would like to see you change Joe Biden is supposed to be the go to guy for Wilmington between him and jack Markell is absolutely demonic practicing from white supremacy only there is no equality or fairness for any other culture other than Caucasians and it's time for a change
