Donald J. Trump is a racist, who on multiple occasions has spewed hate speech. His statements are a threat to national security, and if he's allowed to continue, terrorism and other violent counter-hate movements will continue as well.
His statements can also be interpreted as incitements to violence which immediatly makes him eligible for imprisonment and possible further punishments under US constituational Law.
