Should be ILLEGAL, for divorce parents to block communication and prevent kids to talk to the other parent via telephone, cellphone, email, etc.
Blocking communication is a form of parental alineation. Kids have the right to communicate with their parents share school activities, how the school day went and share special moments.
Parent that prevent communication , not only emotionally abuse their kids, but prevent that the other parent get basic information of the kid daily activities at school, sports etc, taking away special moments forever!
Parents that block communication should be sentence to jail minimum 15 days.
In a divorce, both parents or legal guardian have the right to have free communication with their kids, as state in court order, agreements, etc
