Before Jan. 1, to raise the debt ceiling; seek legal challenge to crisis legislatively created namely "Fiscal Cliff"

Before Jan 1, 2013 "We the People of the United States" seek a raising of the debt ceiling and a resolution of the self imposed debt ceiling created in our legislature for political gamesmanship using the People as leverage. We seek a legal challenge to the Constitutionality of the original deal and the so called cliff we are staring at, as the so called Super-Committee never did their job in full. Due to legislative negligence, it is the People's opinion we should be made to suffer economic consequences and the full faith and credit should never be in question. Both of these violate the Government's job of protecting the "General Welfare" of the People and the Country at large; it directly puts us in economic danger and quite possibly a foreign entanglement.
