Japan's bid for colonial-era industrial site as World Heritage

I'd like to talk about Japan's attempt to enlist its wartime industrial facilities as UNESCO world heritage sites.
The International Council on Monuments and sites, or ICOMOS, has recommended the registration of 23 sites of "Japan's Meiji-era Industrial Revolution" built in the late 19th to early 20th centuries.
ICOMOS appears to have made the recommendation only from the technical aspect in line with its customs.
We must voiced opposition to Japan's bid for colonial-era industrial complexes as UNESCO World heritage sites.
