1) Require all gas stations to properly maintain and operate a minimum number of electric vehicle charging stations and grant incentives to gas stations who maintain more functioning charging stations than the minimum and/or by utilizing renuable-only energy sources (Solar, Wind, or Hydroelectric) by taxing gas station's oil, natural gas, and coal consumption. Development and maintainance of these facilities will create new "Green Collar" jobs.
2) Require all American auto manufacturers to produce an EV (Electric Vehicle) equivalent of all vehicles designed by 2018. Grant incentives to American auto makers that set their mileage standards above other competing countries.
3) Create a higher level of incentives for all households using an EVs and/or renewable energy.
