Government builds a X amount of dollar umbrella company that houses 7000 different jobs , a bus picks up person in poor and middle class location with equal amount of races and drives them to company.Government provides free education and starts them at minimum wage and trains them. protecing there small business from big companies like walmart who may try to push them out of the way as they sell goods to the American people and overseas.This company is set up like franchise, if one person messes up another person from same area is picked up and move the company forward.The person who fails can reaply at a later date.Each company will manufacture parts, like car parts,and anything else the government thinks will bring a profit to itself and the person running the company.
