Contributing to the welfare of our Republic should be one of the highest responsibilities as a citizen. Using ones attributes, namely, "skills and abilities", defining such attributes as "WORK", should be categorized as a dignified means of contribution. It should therefore be a mandatory action to create a working (jobs) environment by our elected representatives.
