The American Jobs Act will be most efficient for the United States Economy if we design the network of manufacturing, labor force, and distribution with companies who are based in the United States. If the Jobs Act is amended with this in mind it will be a tremendous boost to America's economy. For example, all steel, wire, machinery must be made in the United States. We must design labor, manufacturing and distribution companies for this matter. The result will be more American Jobs and a better boost to the economy.
