Joes’ Petition to create Health Plans run by Government.

We believe the Obama Administration should create Competitive Health Care Insurance and operate by Government.
1. Reasons:
1.1. Create competition in pure capitalistic and effective ways that served for more than 200 years on behalf of Us the People.
1.2. To apply other countries good experiences and eliminate bad ones.
2. Scope:
2.1. All health problems already known and insured by existing insurances.
2.2. Include Dental.
2.3. Fair covering of health prevention, protection and treatments not covered by Medicare.
