Based on the declassified JCS report of September 9, 2002, it is clear that the US government does not have the accurate measures in place to ensure it acts upon accurate and truthful information when deciding to go to war, nor does it hold anyone criminally accountable for such failures.

In order to prevent the same from happening in future, the people call for the USA to join the International Criminal Court, or alternatively put in place policies that require much greater justification for war, with specific consequences for those that purposefully mislead or withhold information in such determinations.
