As a U.S. citizen, I petition the Obama Administration to enter the Kyoto Protocol. The United States is one of three countries who has refused to enter this protocol which is aimed at reducing admissions. The United States makes up 19% of the total carbon dioxide emissions in the world, and should be under the protocol. Joining the protocol will ensure a better Earth that later generations will be able to enjoy.
